White Chocolate Coating Wafers are the ideal coating for cakes and pastries. Cuts cleanly and has a great white chocolate taste.

Preparation: Warm up to between 118°-122°F. Working temperatures 95°-113°F.

Application: To coat pralines and specialties, fill hollow shells and create ganaches, mousses and creams.
