ColorMix Coffee Color & Flavor Powder

Brown color and Coffee flavor 100% edible powder colorant. Give a different touch to your baked goods with ColorMix. The best aromas and flavors for your preparations. Ideal for cakes, cookies, piononos, puddings, meringues, macarons, cooked creams (pastry cream, catalan cream, creme brulee) and more..!! You can use it in desserts and cakes premixes.

Each pot contains 60grams.

Add Approximately 1 Tbsp of ColorMix to dry ingredients. (Add approx 20g of ColorMix to every 1kg of dry ingredients). 

Sift everything together before using. You will achieve a base with an brown color and coffee flavour.
