Our Butterscotch flavor (also known as candy flavoring oil) combines the taste of butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. It may remind you of a hard candy treat in a little yellow wrapper or of a cup of pudding. This buttery toffee flavor will add a burst of flavor to your baked goods, candy making, and more.
Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)
